I use only this now and their mouth wash. I used to use only sensidine paste but since I switch I no longer have sensitivity. It has amazingly good, non-harmful ingredients. At first the spearmint burned like crazy but after a while it stopped. I have no more gingivitis, have way less cavities and trouble with my teeth. SD, silica and fluoride are so bad. I'll never go back.
