Bene-Bac Plus Pet Gel contains live, naturally-occurring microorganisms to support digestive tract health when pets experience changing nutritional or environmental conditions. Bene-Bac Plus contains seven common bacilli normally found in a healthy digestive tract, including Lactobacillus acidophilus and a fructooligosaccharide (FOS) prebiotic to support the growth of probiotic organisms. It is ideal for pets under adverse conditions such as showing, breeding, traveling, post-birth, after worming, at weaning, while boarding, post-surgery, when dietary changes occur, post-antimicrobial therapy, or as indicated by your pet's veterinarian. Directions for Use: Newborns: 1/4 to 1/2 g at birth; 1/2 g on days 3, 5, and 7 and at weaning. Hand Fed Orphans: Increase to 1/2 to 1 g on days 7, 14, and introduction to solid food. Post Weaning and Older: 1 g up to 10 lbs. body weight. One additional gram for every 10 lbs. body weight up to 50 lbs. Use gel 2 times, 3 days apart. Place in mouth or mix with food.
