These are my favorite thin pads. I especially like the fact that there are no wings on them so they don't get in your way or are a pain to put on. They are just perfect for people who only occasionally have a few unwanted drops to contain; yet unexpectedly there was an accident one day and the pad needed to hold much more and it did so much better than I would have thought. Just pull off the one strip and apply and you are good to go.
