Sweet and fluffy texture

The sweet little chicken tenders are a nice change from the usual flavor profile, but you can defintely taste the honey so keep that in mind. I really like the texture of the "breading" which is more batter-dipped than breaded, and is more light and fluffy than what you typically get. Defintely better in an over or air fryer, but you can get by with microwaving them - they just won't be as crispy (but it won't ruin them). Not really big pieces of whole chicken breast, but does appear to be actual small pieces of chicken and not just little minced pieces mashed into a mold. They give off a lot of oil so be prepared to rest them on a paper towel for a few minutes before you eat them.
