Tramontina Primaware 18 Piece Non-stick Cookware Set, Steel Gray

I bought this item as "Mainstays 18-Piece Nonstick Cookware Set" just over 18 months ago and it's my main (and only) cookware set. I still have every piece of it and they all remain in perfect order. The fold-up steamer presents a bit of rusting on a few edges, but I still use it anyway. The pans are strong and sturdy, but not heavy or too thick. Just the right balance. They have not lost their non-sticking coat at all (aside from an incident where a moron lightly scratched the bottom of one of them with a fork). I only use the appropriate cookware, of course. The lids are all safe and sound, never broke or lost a single screw. If anyone managed to damage these, I would say they're not familiar with the basic care of teflon cookware. I 100% recommend this set if you are on a budget, but won't give up quality and durability.

None are damaged and no food has ever 'stuck' to my cookware - and I do not use any type oil unless the recipe calls for it. So easy to clean and I have been washing all by hand. Have a dishwasher now but since these are so easy to clean, I will probably continue to wash by hand. I received these in May, 2017 and have used regularly - that is 2.5 years and all still look really good.

This set is nice, I really love the color and that it is a complete set, everything is very strong. I love the inside of the set, they have a nice coating on them that's not easily scratched. The utensils that came with the set are much stronger made than you would get with other sets. I was really surprised about that. Only thing the larger frying pan could be a bit larger.

My daughter requested this set for Christmas...as she opened it I was apologizing telling her if it was too cheap she can return it and put towards something better. To our surprise, the pots were very solid, nice lids, and all the extras were of good quality. She loves them and the entire set was less than some single pans by "name brand" companies.

Honestly, when I first took them out of the box and felt how light the pieces were I was concerned. Every set of cookware I've owned was always so much heavier and now that I've used these I love them! One good tip I can offer is to watch them the first few times you use them to monitor how hot your burners are set. Since they are so lightweight, it doesn't take as long to boil water or heat up the pans, which can save a little time and maybe even energy in the long run. Great set of cookware for the price!!

These look really good, but they are def cheap. They are SUPER lightweight and the large pot and large skillet are not as big as i thought they would be. For the price i guess i wasn't expecting top of the line stuff, but just maybe normal sized pans would be nice ;)

I received this set as a gift 18 months ago. Its nice stready and durable. I used it alot as i only have this one in my kitchen for cooking. Some pots are still like new. The most used one loose there nonstickness. Reason y i m giving only 3 star is that they r small. Only one pot is big to cook for 3 0r 4 persons meal. All others are just not usable for a big family.

Beautiful at first sight. It took a while before I used all the pots at once but when I did I notice tiny scratches in EVERY pot. I got the feeling this was intentional to speed up the ware process, To purchase more. So unnecessary because I love Walmart. I would have brought more years from now if they lasted. I only had these for 2 months. My only fault was not checking pans fresh out the box. ***CHECK EACH PAN SOON AS YOU TAKE THEM OUT THE BOX!***

I have bought this set during christmas time. and tonight the lid to one of my pots shattered. I put the lid on my food, and as soon as i did so, the handle blew off the top and blew out the middle of the lid into tiny pieces through out my food and surronding area. Ruined my lid, and my dinner.

I don't know why people is giving so good rates to this set! Personally I didn't like it at all, first of all I thought that the pieces were a little bit bigger, but they are not, also when I started to unpack and check the pots, almost all of them were with damages, some of them with small scratches and other ones were like totally beaten on the edges. I know the price sounds great and on the picture looks amazing but definitely I will rather spend bit more and get something better. I went back to return them and I bough some ceramic set for 20 bucks more and those are great! But if you still feeling like buying them, I will recommend to order them to pick up at the store, so you could check the pieces and exchange them right away if there is any damage.
