It came from finite.com and they sent the wrong case and gave me a run around. It is settled now with a refund but I was not a happy girl.

Junk for the price
Poor accuracy on the screen, AR doesn't work in Pokémon, my alarm app crashes, messenger app doesn't notify me when I get messages... Should've gone with a galaxy core.

I love this phone so much! Before this, I had a regular tracfone that was smaller and was a 3.0 android. This phone allows me to go check my email, gmail and facebook when I need to. This is also a phone that allows Pokemon go, which is something I really wanted to try!
However, I have not found a way to turn my phone so it does not vibrate. I just put it on airplane mode and it works out fine.

Due to the area I live in, I can't get a good signal for service so I had to get the Tracfone with CDMA. I've only had the phone for approx. 10 days . So far it is working well. The price was good for a Smartphone. I like the auto rotate screen for texting,it makes typing on a bigger screen so much easier. I'm still learning about the phone & I have not been able to locate a tutorial on this model.

I bought this phone from Walmart after trying one of Tracfone's website phones available with just slightly better features than this one (e.g. 8MB vs 5MB camera and 5" vs 4.5" screen). The phone I purchased directly from Tracfone, a ZTE brand phone, had a speaker from which I could bearly hear a conversation with. I even tried using the speakerphone option and it did not work well enough either. I returned it to Tracfone for replacement and their replacement was no better.
So I ordered the LG Rebel from Walmart.com (as it was not available in any of my local stores). The LG Rebel is a better overall phone than the ZTE one (or the replacement they sent me) that I purchased directly from Tracfone.
I have been a Tracfone customer for several years and I am very pleased with their service. The LG Rebel has allowed me to stay with their cost-efficient service. Thanks Walmart for offering this smartphone.
If you order this phone, just make sure that you order the correct version for your local area or you may have to return it to get the correct type for your area.

2. I did the same thing - You need to power off the phone and reset it as part of the initial set up process. Once you turn it off and back on, it will work. : )
