Don't know why the jack stands are pictured on product page, but they are NOT included with the Torin 2-Ton Jack.

Lifted the entire front end of our minivan no issues.  I&#39;d say more than 2000lbs but certainly not able to lift more than 4000.  It felt at it&#39;s limit doing the entire front end.

Very handy automotive jack. The jack and jack stands come in a nice travel case. The 2 ¼ ton (4,500 Lbs.) was more than capable of lifting the front end of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I would recommend this kit for the home handy person who wants to save money by changing their own oil or tires. Should pay for itself after several uses. Thanks

Handy Auto Jack Kit

This review is for the Black Jack 2-1/4 Ton Hydraulic Trolly Jack with Jack Stands. It comes with a case that fits everything and has a carrying handle. Both the jack and the stands are rated for 2-1/4 tons. It came pretty much assembled. I just has to slip the yellow handle on the jack itself. It slips over the 2 nuts on either side. The jack says it has an over-pump bypass protection to prevent damage to the hydraulic seals. The jack stands automatically lock into place. I keep this in my pickup truck. Although it is great to use as a means to raise the vehicle when performing maintenance or in an emergency, I have a 2nd use for it. I have a trailer hitch crane that attaches to my tow hitch. It works great, but there is one problem. The receiver is 16 inches off the ground, which is a perfect height for the crane. But when I pick something up, such as my generator, and load it onto my truck bed, the added weight of the load makes it very difficult to remove the crane from the receiver. I simply put this jack under the receiver so it won't lower when I load the truck and the crane slides right out. Then I let the jack down. This removes the headache I had of trying to get it out when it was wedged in the receiver. What a time and labor saver. I never leave home without it. 5 stars.

I Always carry this jack in my truck

Just what I needed. I was getting ready to do a brake job on my truck and my old floor jack no longer worked. This one came just in time. The jack stands are an added bonus. It all fits nicely into a heavy plastic carry case. Works just like it's supposed to. No problems with it.

Good Jack

A very well manufactured trolley floor jack that includes a floor jack, two jack stands and a very durable carry case. Both the floor jack and the jack stands have a weight capacity rating of 2.25 tons which is equivalent to 4500 lbs. The jack raises to a height of 13 3/4 inches and the stands can raise to a height of almost 15 inches. Uses hydraulic jack oil which may never have to be added. You'll never have to look for your jack stands again as they will be stored with your floor jack. Short distance carrying recommended as the complete package weighs 35 lbs. If taken care of properly ,this combo should last for a lifetime

A flawless trolley jack combo kit

The jack arrived very well packaged and undamaged. It also arrived a few days early.
The jack is very well built. The jack is rated for 2.25 tons. It has a lifting range of 5-1/8" to 13-3/4". The stands have a range of 9-13/16' to 14-15/16". The jack and stands all fit in a nice sturdy case for easy storage. 
The jack is on four wheels for easy movement. This jack is meant for use as a emergency road-side jack. It's easy to carry in the vehicle and light enough for most anyone to use. I'm very happy with it's overall quality. 
Just remember, this jack is meant for occasional use on a family type vehicle. If you use it for what it's made for, you will be fine.
I decided to display the jack, stands, and case in my work shop. I was able to get a better picture that way.
I would recommend this jack.

Right up front, I'll say that I rate items based on value for price paid. A $75 jack probably won't perform the same as a $500 jack, and to expect it to is silly. 
That said, I'm pretty impressed with this Torin / Black Jack trolley jack. It's not a commercial duty floor jack, and doesn't pretend to be. It's a nice trolley jack with a high enough capacity to lift a corner of about any modern car, and most trucks. If you're not familiar with hydraulic jacks. Please take a few moments to read the included instructions. The vast majority of hydraulic jack “failures” are caused by people not knowing how to use them. There is a screw that must be tightened to raise, and loosened to lower, the jack. Use the handle. Takes literally a fraction of a second, but it must be done. I had read some complaints about this particular jack not holding the weight of even a small car. Found that very hard to believe. Jacked up the front right of a Mercedes C300 and let it sit overnight (see photo). Didn't bleed down even a millimeter. This is designed to change a tire, service brakes, or lift a vehicle enough to get it onto jack stands. It's not made to center jack a vehicle so you can roll under and remove a transmission. It's low profile enough to get under my mid size Mercedes sedan, and lift it enough to get it on jack stands. 5-¼” to 13-¾” range. That's good, but be aware that the vehicle's suspension travel takes up maybe half of that. It probably wouldn't lift a full size pickup truck's wheels off of the ground without placing a block between the jack and the frame of the truck. Comes with two jack stands, and a blow-molded carry case. The jack stands are also rated at 2.25 tons, and my measured range is 10” to 15”. I got this to replace a similar jack that I had for over 20 years and gave to a young relative. Used properly, these things are pretty much bulletproof. They are basically a small bottle jack attached to a frame. Not much can go wrong, and not much ever does go wrong, unless the jack is misused and loses fluid. 
Bottom line? Nice garage jack at a good price. The case isn't heavy duty, but really nice to have. Maybe even toss it in the back of your truck - it's FAR better than the jacks that come with today's vehicles.

Great for home garage

This is a nice combo for small & medium sized cars and suv's (might have trouble getting Full sized trucks and suv's high enough off the ground). The jack works smooth and fairly easy. Jack stands work easy as most do. Comes in a nice hard plastic carrying/storage case.

Nice combo package

This Black Jack Trolley Jack is heavy duty yet compact and easy to put it where you need it. It comes with two 2 1/4 ton jack stands. Everything is easy to use and stays in place. It even comes in a nice caring case that everything fits in nicely. I used this for working on my ATV's. Simple, fast and easy.

STRONG LITTLE TROLLEY JACK WITH 2 JACK STANDS

This kit would be considered light use to me. The jack is OK for limited tasks like lifting one wheel of a small vehicle or lifting a lawn mower. The lifting range is only 8" total and takes 35 pumps to raise it fully when unloaded. It will be of little use on a full size pick up or SUV or anything that needs to be lifted very high as max lift height is 13.75". I do have an older jack like this that is about on its last legs but primarily use a 3.5 ton low profile high lift floor jack for almost everything which has over twice the range of this one. The stands are a bit of a disappointment as the footprint on them is tiny, I assume so they will fit in the case. They bases are almost like toys. I have tipped a vehicle (caught it before going over) that was on stands with a bigger footprint than these have. The case was broken in several places inside from shipping.
