Great toy
I bought this for my 7 month old niece and she adores this little toy. If keeps her occupied and she loves the lights. I have only had the toy for about a week but so far it's really good

Not worth it. Not educational enough.
VTech Tiny Touch Tablet is a colorful, glorified noisemaker with nine buttons and a roller ball to simulate a home button on the front. My opinion: This is a cheap, uber noisy, faux-tablet toy. I was hoping for an educational toy, but for me this is not it. Usage tips I would suggest: take the batteries out or give to charity.

Great toy

I bought this for my 7 month old niece and she adores this little toy. If keeps her occupied and she loves the lights. I have only had the toy for about a week but so far it's really good

Grandson Loves It!

My grandson received this tablet for his 1st birthday, and would not let go of it. Other birthday presents were open right after this one and he was not interested in them. Not only do the buttons react to finger pushing, but the roller "mouse" also makes the buttons and lights respond to the direction in which the child spins the roller (up, down, side to side and diagonal). So it looks like grandpa scored this year!

Cute & Age Appropriate

This is a great little tablet for my 2-year-old daughter. I'd looked into a Leap Pad, but I felt it was a little too advanced for her yet. But this is just right. She really enjoys the ball on the bottom. Whenever she rolls it, the tablet makes noise & the lights flash in patterns. The buttons are also easy to push, eye catching, & engaging. This tablet is worth the cost, which is pretty affordable.

I bought this item for my 15 month grandaughter. It is really better for a child that is younger. My grandaughter is ahead cognitively for her age so I think she will get bored with it in a short time. It is a good product though, especially for the price. It is much cheaper at Walmart than anywhere else. Would recomment it for a child around 10 or 11 months.

Neat Baby Tablet

I got this product for my son who loved playing with my tablet so I figured it was time I got one for him so he would stop trying to take mine. There are great learning activities on this toy that will help when he gets a little older but for now it serves its purpose.

Great Item

I bought this for my 18 month old grandson for Christmas, he hasn't received it yet but I have played around with it. Love this item and I know that he will too. Great little learning toy. Have purchased other VTech items and have been very satisfied. Thank you

Entertainig and safe

My 8 month old dropped this toy so many times, banged it against everything, chewed on it and of course pushed every button he could as hard as he could and the toy is still running like new :) It's very interactive and has two volume settings. The toy asks questions and makes the baby pay attention and play while learning. It's perfect for his age, he lost interest in my phone :)

Great Tablets for Beginners.

I have 3 great-grandsons ages 7, 3, 2. The VTech Tiny Touch Tablet is in my opinion the first great step for my two youngest. I also purchased the VTech InnoTab 2 for my older great-grandson. These products are useful introductions for their future with electronics and computers. Plus, they are very educational. In fact, the boys already enjoy playing with cell phones using educational apps. These tablets suit their interests even better.

The picture is more appealing than the product

My 20 month old is already bored with the product. Its better for younger kids although it claims to teach ABC's etc. There is not enough going on to keep him focused. It was a great price and a great idea but not the best choice for us at this time.

Not worth it. Not educational enough.

5. No, but you child will not be bored
by DonnaWonna
6. No you cannot. It is basically a touch tablet with preinstalled activities. It makes cat sounds says ABC and 123, and imitates basic nursery rhymes. Although made by Vtech, it is a basic toddler toy.

10. No. It is what it is. You can not add anything to this toy. It is not really a computer tablet. It is just a light up music making toy for a baby.

1. Chris, the answer overall depends on your son's current abilities. My 3 1/2 y.o. uses the ClicknKids tablet like a 12 y.o.! But not all kids can do this. My 18 m.o. likes the VTech, but I wish it had more sophisticated capabilities. You may be concerned that your son will grow out of the VTech pretty quickly, so the ClicknKids may be your best value in the long run. It's about $99 at Walmart, and as nice as the Kindle I bought for an adult! Comes preloaded with age-appropriate games, and both a kids "side" and parental "side, so you can easily control what your child can and cannot do. We love it. If you can afford the $99, you're better off putting your $$ into this than the $15 VTech, which is more like a toy. Good luck!

2. 6 months to 3 years old. I hope that helps. I got it for baby...to help him learn, grow and he loves it
by Cielfue
3. yes is good to 3 years and half

4. I think it will be a great toy for a 2 year old
by TexJM
5. I don't know if I would call this a mini table, it doesn't provide the touch screen experience. Just like other toys throughout out the years, play radio, phone, etc. just updated "tablet" format. The kitty still says "meow"!!!
by Nani55
6. look into the Vtech innotab 3s
by TSoto72
7. Google, screen time for children under two for some guidelines...
by bjmomx2
8. It's says 6-36 months but don't get it for your 2 year old it will not teach him anything except maybe the days of the week. It's only says a.b.c not the whole alphabet and 123 not 1234567891011 and so on!
by 87Pwall
9. Thank you for your inquiry. This tablet was designed for chidren 12-24 months. There are many good tablets out there. The Tiny touch tablet helps toddlers learn their letters, numbers and learn more about animals and other objects .
by VTech_Support
10. This is a toy. It is not a real tablet. You can not add games to it. This would not be what you are looking for.
by swhitlock6
11. I think this is too basic for 2and up

1. This has nine buttons that when pushed make one sound or a series of sounds each. For me it was not appropriate for a 7 month old because play/education is limited.
by chemmoto
2. This is not a touch tablet. The little pictures are button that you push. Not worth it to purchase.
by SMWIC
3. This is just a look alike tablet. Geared to 12-18 months old.
by srfrgrl268
4. yes
by masunshine
5. It has 9 raised buttons to push and they flash lights and have recorded sayings
by TexJM
6. It has buttons to activate lights and sounds. It is not a touch screen (as with a smart phone) but I would think a 2 year old would love the V-Tech.
by AZcatt
7. Not touch screen just buttons
by 87Pwall
8. I had the same Idea, use this vetech to prepare him for the tab2 but he is bored he does not like it. The Tab is probably the best investment. I plan to put it on layaway for Christmas or purchase it from Sams. My son is 20 months old and the Vetech does nothing for him as far and entertainment. Its not a touch tablet it has buttons its plays some music and lights up. My son does not let a song play just keeps pressing buttons waiting for something else to happen when it never does he throws it to the side. This has been the only toy he shows zero intrest in.
by ThisDallasMomisBusy
9. This is not like an ipad or iphone, you have to pess buttons for it to work/play
by Joand2todlers
10. It is a toy. You hit a button and it lights up and activates music and tell you what picture is on the button. I would say it is more appropriate for 4 - 12 month baby.
by swhitlock6
11. It's a button press action, not touch. too simple for 2 and up, it's more a baby toy.
