Barely survived

A couple of the tips of the leaves are broke and the pot was cracked. It wasn't in great condition it will survive.

I can no longer recommend Brighter Blooms AT ALL

I have placed three separate orders, each yielded more disappointment than the last. All three deliveries came heavily damaged in one way or another- boxes looked thrown resulting in severe leaf damage, snapped stalks, and in my last purchase the entire pot had split open in transit. Additionally, these are poor quality plants- two shipped in waterlogged soil, one was so trimmed so often to produce offspring there were twice as many shorn stalks as ones with any leaves on them, let alone healthy leaves. With each order I had a warranty, so I contacted support for replacements. However, they never covered the cost of shipping and I have now paid for 3 sequential shipments in an attempt to get *anything* worth my original money. At this point, I have decided I will no longer shop here and will actively encourage others similarly not waste their time or money.
