I'll be perfectly honest, I was very nervous to order this bedding. So much so, that I let it sit in my shopping cart for a few days while I considered it and ended up waiting so long that one decorative pillow was sold out! But because of Walmart's good return policy, I ordered it and hoped for the best. We have recently remodeled our entire house and I trusted our decorator to pick out bedding for our master bedroom. I have hated it since it arrived, but put up with it because it was very expensive. I have added items, removed items, but was still never happy with it. Finally I gave up and I ordered sheets, pillows, and this ticking stripe comforter all from the PW collection. I was worried about the quality, but I have been very impressed. I mixed all of the PW items in with my expensive, designer bedding. Now, every time I walk into my room my bedding makes me so happy! I've only had the bedding for about two weeks now, so I can't attest to the longevity of the items. But the quality seems nice and is VERY comfortable. With this comforter specifically, be prepared to iron down the fold details on top, but other than that it is very nice and comfortable. I disagree with one reviewer who said it reminded her of "bed in a bag" type of quality. I've never purchased a "bed in a bag" product, but I have purchased cheaper bedding from TJ Maxx and Target, and also expensive designer brands like Amity Home and the like. This comforter is not top notch quality, but it's comfy and pretty and not a "bed in a bag" type of quality. Not only that, but at the price, I don't worry about my kids curling up on my bed with my dog!
