    Not everyday...

I don't use it for everyday use but for special occasions. It's pretty. The whole line is fun!!!

I bought 6 plates and 3 plates cracked

I bought 6 plates and 3 plates cracked, I loved this design but there not quality
Hi Ayse, I am sorry that 3 of the plates cracked I know how disappointing it is to have cracked product. At Pioneer Woman, we pride ourselves on quality, and this is not acceptable. Please contact us at – and we will get this resolved for you.

    Good quality even for kids!

I never write reviews, but I decided to because of all of the negative reviews there are about chipping. We bought some of all of these dishes a month ago and my whole family is using them. My 2 year old uses the bowls for his oatmeal, both my 2 and 5 year old use the plates for their chicken nuggets, and I use the ramekins for feeding my one year old baby food. Some of the dishes were chipped in the store and we just didn't buy those. None have chipped since we brought them home. We have the a bunch of different coffee cups and the coasters that have held up fine and we have the cute cow creamer that just sits on the table and my 5 year old likes to walk around with it because it's adorable. We also have the blue glass goblets and they have held up fine. Everything washes well in the dish washer. I'd buy again and I'll grab a casserole dish if they ever come in stock. Hey, if a plate breaks, they are only $5 to replace and that's better than what I can say about my C&B wedding dishes that cracked in the glaze almost immediately after slight use by two adults.

    Poor quality!

I really love the Pioneer Woman and was excited about her new dinnerware set! I purchased one set of Country Garden and two of the Vintage Bloom last fall. While I really like the designs of both, there has been a huge quality difference in the two! I've had no issues with any of the Vintage Bloom dishes, but several with the Country Garden set. One bowl arrived chipped. I was able to make an exchange with Walmart. Since then, I've had one salad plate crack in the dishwasher. The paint on several bowls and dinner plates has chipped off the edges. Some of it happened very quickly, and some have taken months to chip off. I'm still a fan of Ree and her brand, but I feel that the Country Garden dishes were very poorly made! It's too late now, but I really wish I had the foresight to exchange the Country Garden set for something else early on. I thought maybe it would just be a dish or two that I could replace since I really did like the design. I've since regretted that decision! I don't recommend getting this set. I had much better results with Vintage Bloom!

    Poorly made

I was so excited when the packages arrived but what a disappointment it was. Two of the salad plates were cracked and chipped, one of the bowls had a 'dimple', the red on the edges was smeared in places and a dinner plate had red and black 'splashes' on them. They really are poorly made and I doubt that they would survive regular use without chipping. Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. On a good note, I love the designs of the collection and kept the mixing bowls and a couple of dishes. Sorry PW, hope future improvements can be made. I'm still a fan!!

    Red glaze is peeling....

I loved the pattern. But the red edge glaze and paint are peeling off. Now I'm scared to use them. I'm so sad because the whole set was so darling.
Hello suni, We are very sorry your Dinnerware set is defective. Quality is our top priority. Please take a moment and contact our customer service team, they will be more than happy to help you

Pioneer Woman fails to produce usable product.

I loved the pattern, but after reading all of the negative reviews I felt discouraged. So I decided to be smart about it and purchase strategically. I need two sets, so I ordered 3 box sets assuming that I would be able to weed out the defective pieces. I really thought that customers were exaggerating on thier negative reviews...they were not. The stoneware that arrived is terrible. I will use just the plates as an example, but the poor quality was consistant throughout all of the pieces. Of the 12 plates only one was of acceptable quality. To be specific, the poor quality plates have random debree sealed into them, exposed unsealed areas, huge cracks running through two of the plates, and seven had any comination of these issues plus significant paint spatters in the white space. It is baffling to me that any of these would even pass quality inspection. The Pioneer Woman is such a cute and functional concept- but this lack of quality control is going to ruin the brand and cost this company customer loyalty. It has certainly costed them my loyalty. I feel like I received three boxes of defective items. All are being returned to Walmart and I will not be repurchasing or purchasing any items from this line. I strongly recommend not purchasing this brand and steering clear of the dissapointment and frustration we have gone through.
Hello MatthewsFamily, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are very sorry to hear all of your plates had issues and did not meet your expectations. We are committed to bringing you a quality product you love. If you have not yet returned the items please contact the customer service team at

    Very pretty but terrible quality.

I've needed a new set of dishes for several years now but could never commit to anything because I just didn't like it enough. I saw the new Pioneer Woman line of dinner ware at Walmart and instantly fell in love. I didn't even hesitate to start my collection. I bought the bowls first. I like the whole line of nine different patterns so I decided to mix and match them. I started with 10 bowls. Then I came back to get the plates, but they only had three different patterns of plates at my Walmart store. So I bought two of each of the three different patterns (I like extra plates because I entertain often), with the intention of buying the rest online. I was in a hurry to get my daughter from school so I didn't inspect them. But when I saw the review online for Country Garden, Vintage Bloom, Happiness, and Flea Market, it sent up a red flag. The reviews talked about rough edges, pockmarks, and chipping, so I decided to take a look at my plates and bowls. Sure enough, Country Garden had rough edges almost like sandpaper, and pockmarks. The others had a few pockmarks but the edges were not rough. None had any chips, but now I'm concerned about them chipping easily. I was so disappointed! I thought I had found a new dinnerware set to last me for years and I was going to expand into the whole line of products. Measuring cups, pitcher, mixing bowls, etc.. But the quality of the set makes me question the durability of this line. I'm not going to order any online and am seriously considering taking them ALL back for a refund. I hate returning things! But this is not an inexpensive set of dinnerware and I really expected much better quality. Walmart needs to pull Country Garden from the shelves and even reconsider the whole line until they fix the quality of Pioneer Woman. I'm super dissapointed. Why is it so hard to find quality merchandise anymore? I know, it's made in China.
Hello NCblossom, We are very sorry that the Dinnerware set has failed to meet expectations. Quality of the product is very important and we take our consumer's comments and concerns seriously. Thank you for posting your feedback.

    Pioneer Woman

I love the product however I do not like the fact that it is Pioneer Woman of the US yet it is made in China. Be advised because the fact that it is not made in the US is not openly available.

    I'm shocked!!!!!

There are so many bad reviews for the Pioneer Woman dinnerware & it's shocking to me. I have almost everything from her collection & it's all perfect & amazing. At first I only would hand wash the stuff because the reviews scared me. But now I dishwash it & it still looks great! Absolutely love this dinnerware.
