I think if U are really trying to lower your cholestrol ,blood pressure,even diabetic levels this is the book for U. I think over taking Meds for a long period of time. U can make a drastic change in lowering your #'s,educating yourself on how to eat and what to avoid. This is why I purchased this book. I do not know if I can do it strictly long term, meaning(on going ) but I can lower my #'s and hopefully get off medication. This is my goal anyway.To be more Pro active,and knowledable in my over all health care.
