Smoked salmon in a can is typically the equivalent of champagne in a juice box. But this product is the exception. As a spread mixed with a hint of mayo and celery seeds on toasted wheat bread, the smoked flavor whisks your palate off to oceanic beach campfires after a successful day's fishing. So why is this product no longer available? I cannot find it anywhere. I bought a dozen cans the summer and fall of 2008. Maybe I should have bought more.
