These noodles were super easy to cook and are very delicious! All you do is when cooked add them to your favorite Asian seasonings, vegetables, meat/sea food w/ sauce or no sauce and its a tasty dish!

Soak until noodles are soft but firm. Drain well and immediately toss with your favorite sauce, dressing, Thai curry, or add to your favorite soup just before serving.

Easy Asian Noodles
I have been trying to find a pasta substitute and this is great (when fresh anyway)! It doesn't do as well if you cook all in one day and refrigerate unless it is coated in a sauce of some type. I like that I can now eat pasta again :-)

I buy rice noodles because I am gluten free. Why buy higher priced pasta or anything labeled as "Gluten Free" at twice the price. Lacking inherent flavor, the noodles pick up what ever you stir in them...shrimp, onions, chicken stock, hot sauce, etc. This item is a stock cabinet item for me.
Just your standard rice noodle. Cheaper in a store that sells it in bulk but quicker to buy while the oil is being changed.
