I love to cook. I'm in the kitchen almost every day.
Good cookware is a must have. One thing that can be truly annoying is when cookware claims to be nonstick and is not. It only makes for harder clean up and waste when half your meal gets stuck to your pot or pan.
When I received my work I decided to make it Asian night for dinner.
What better way to test out my new Wok. My menu consisted of fried rice, lo mein, sweet and sour chicken, shrimp and broccoli, beef and broccoli, stir-fried vegetables, and egg rolls. I figured if this walk was truly non-stick if this walk was truly non-stick it could handle preparing this meal with no problem.
First I started with the fried rice. I purposely did not use a lot of oil just to see if it would stick to the wok. The rice cooked perfectly and it did not stick even with less oil which made for a healthier rice.
Which made for a healthy rice.
Next came the lo mein. I had at the boil noodles to the wok . It cooked with no problem and even with soy sauce it wiped clean. I continue cooking each item on my menu. I never once had anything stick to the walk. After each item I simply wiped it with a paper towel the wok was clean I'm ready for the next item. I was impressed. The walk held up
The size of the wok was great. Each item was cooked for a family of five and everything fit perfectly. This is definitely a must-have for any kitchen .
