Missing Bench

If I could give zero stars I would. First, I didn't receive the bench with my order. Then after talking to support (who told me the item was out of stock) I convinced them to locate my bench because I doubted I would have been sent a partial set in the first place. I finally received a bench, but it was the wrong color. After contacting support a second time, I was again told the item was out of stock. I received a 10% refund and was able to keep the wrong bench. Would have loved the actual set that I ordered....
