Received quickly and seems heavy duty. Used to power lighting on trailers when towing. Be sure to wrap each crimp with tape or plastic sleeve so they don't short out.

GREAT PRODUCT FOR MY BACKUP CAMERA
I bought a backup camera for my Jeep Wrangler. Both the camera and the monitor need 12 volts to operate. Up until I bought two of these, the only choice I had was the Wrangler's battery—a real pain to hook up. With this cigarette lighter plug with leads, hooking up the wiring was easy. All I had to do was wire the positive and negative leads to the plug's leads. My backup camera works great and the main reason is these cigarette lighter plugs
fuse kept blowing
I purchased this item to replace the plug from a small air compressor. The internal fuse blew as soon as I plugged it in. I purchased some new fuses, same problem. The auto parts store had slightly longer fuses with a slightly higher amp rating. The compressor worked, but I had to hold the plug in the socket. As soon as I released the pressure, it popped out of the socket. I purchased an inexpensive no-fuse plug and it works fine. The Walmart plug had some weight to it, seemed well built, but didn't work in my application.
