Instructions: Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. 1. Cook 'em. Conventional Oven: Chef recommended. For best quality and food safety, follow these preparation steps: Keep frozen until you're ready to eat. Cook thoroughly before eating. Follow cooking instructions to make sure your product has reached 165 degrees F, as measured by a food thermometer. Adjustment to cooking times may be required due to variations in all ovens. Careful, because product will be hot! Preheat your oven to a toasty 450 degrees F. Remove frozen chicken bites from the package. Place chicken in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet. Place baking sheet on the center rack of the empty, pre-heated oven. Bake for 8 minutes. Flip chicken over and bake for an additional 8 minutes. Allow chicken to rest for 1-2 minutes before tossing in sauce. Microwave Oven (1200 watts): Remove frozen chicken bites from the package and place on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high power for 3 minutes. Allow chicken to rest for 1-2 minutes before tossing in sauce! 2. Toss 'em. Buffalo sauce (Do not microwave sealed sauce packet). Thaw unopened sauce packet in hot water for 6 to 8 minutes. To open, tear along perforation. When ready, place cooked chicken into a bowl and add desired amount of sauce. Mild: Use 1/3 of sauce packet. Medium: Use 2/3 of sauce packet. Hot: Use entire sauce packet. Toss to coat and enjoy! Discard any leftover sauce.
