The Swisher ATV Universal Mounting Kit attaches to the rear hitch and front lower control arms of most ATVs. It's made from steel square tubing with a leaf spring design to help bolster the front suspension. Use the kit with Swisher's plow blades and dump bucket for fast changes between attachments. Remove the kit by simply removing the pins, leaving the brackets on the ATV for fast, simple future installations.

The Swisher 2646 Universal Mount kit fit Criteria - From the receiver hitch hole under the middle of the ATV to about 2 inches in front of the outermost round part of the tire should be no less than 63 inches. If the measurement comes out to be greater than 73 inches the extension kit part number 2900 must be used in order ensure proper fit and strength of the Swisher Universal Mount Kit. • The Swisher Universal Mount kits are only to be used for ATVs with no smaller than a 350CC engine. This is not a UTV application. For UTV application you must have 10260. • Independent Front Suspension with A-Arms • ATV must have rear tow hitch bracket • Distance from center hole in the hitch bracket to the front of the front tires must be at least 63” and not greater than 73” • Maximum distance between the leaf spring brackets (mounted to the front a-arms) is 32” assuming 4” of spring overlap at center of atv between Spring Mounting Plates. • Minimum recommended ATV size is 350 cc • Minimum recommended ground clearance is 9”.

Yes it will. I just put it on my 2002 Grizzly 660. Just had to trim the brush guards on my front A arms a little. once installed if you use the Swisher plow it raised high enough to block the headlights if you were inclined to want to do that. Otherwise plenty of ground clearance with the plow up.

In order to use the Swisher 18749 or 18750, you will need the 12019 blade mount adapter along with the mount kit..

Mounted up nice to my Honda Rancher, works really well with the snow plow and its easy to take off and put back on once you have the brackets mounted on the A-arms, very well made and heavy duty.

Well made

I've owned the  push bar, plow, and forklift attachment for the last nine years. I have used everything extensively. Plowed snow, move dirt,  move gravel, knock over trees, make trails in the woods, help neighbors, etc. This product is tough as nails! I have beat it and beat it and beat i this product is tough as nails! Ive just got a new 4 wheeler and investing in a new push bar. Letting the old one go as a selling point with the other 4 wheeler. Get one you won't regret it!

Swisher 2646 ATV Universal Mounting Kit

Ordered product, easy process, fast shipping but wrong model for my ATV. Called manufacturer prior to ordering, was told this was the correct model for my machine. "WRONG" One needs to read the other models description to get the correct mounting kit. WalMart is great on all their responsibility, the manufacturer got this wrong. Still very impressed on the quality of Swisher ATV/UTV products and with WalMarts pricing and free delivery this item can't be beat!

Problem With discription on what ATV this unit fit

Easy to install, the spacers on the rear mounting point weren't exactly right for my Eiger. Use some Grade 8 washers to get it right.

Great attachment even if you lose ground clearance

I researched this item for my 400 grizzly. After reading many blogs, this is what was recommended and and understood some of the drawbacks. However this is not for people who are not mechanically inclined. Myself and a friend did this installation it took us 3 hours. We were planning on 1. We ran into problems with the frame by the oil pan and the rear hitch by the gearbox. We had to drill holes in the protection plate over the oil pan and had to readjust the rear hitch. A protection plate over the gearbox causes limitations in raising up the bracket so you have to choose whether to take the protection plate off or do some cutting on the plate. I left it there cause me to lose an inch and a half in  Clearance. Overall it does a good job could be redesigned in ways to be better

Not a plug and play

Good product. Took some time to install, not too difficult.

Got the swisher snow plow mount. It's very heavy duty. I had a warn frame mount before. The Swisher universal mounts worked well on my 2002 Grizzly. Had to trim the brush guards on my A arms a little. This swisher is designed to handle much more push weight. there are a couple problems. The paint finish is less then par for the quality of the product. I repainted it before working with it. the instillation instructions are non existent. If you are not mechanically inclined. Take it to a shop and have it installed. Once I had this installed it's obvious its very heavy duty. Pushes from the rear hitch mount instead of the tubular center frame. They used this method for older garden tractors with attached dozer blades. You wont have to worry about bending your frame with this mount.

Heavy duty

This is an excellent idea however the product does not perform as advertised and needs to be re-evaluated. Fortunately for me I learned this soon enough to return the item and get my money back. The overall construction seemed to be pretty good, but the functionality was very poor. The inability for the bucket to be used to scoop material or dig was very disappointing. I would not recommend this product until Swisher has had the opportunity to make vast improvements in it's overall operation.  The same can be said about the universal dump bucket..
