This swim vest has been better for us then just arm floaty's or just a life jacket. With the life jacket my three-year-old ended up spinning around too much and with just the arm floaty's on (regular air up arm floaty's) he did good but he couldn't use his arms in the water to throw stuff like sinkies etc. And the plus is you don't have to air these up!

Awesome for my 3
My son loves his Paw Patrol life jacket. It does not squirt. Its just called Squirter. This life jacket does its job. My son feels safe in the water and is starting to learn to swim. He has sensory issues and was scared when using a vest style life jacket. This jacket keeps him upright and helps give him confidence.
Almost 3 year old 36 pounds, works great. Will definitely have room to grow in it. Gives him so much confidence in the water and makes me more at ease.
Looks great. Have not used yet. My son likes the characters on it.
Fits well. Seems comfortable for the child.
I like the fit of it on my son
He sunk right away and the strap is all the way to the end but he isn't that big. I had to hold him so he wouldn't go under. Maybe it will work when he is a little older and understands the concept of swimming. We will be trying something else. He loves the character on the front and didn't cry when I put it on.
I bought this for my 22 month old and he loves it swims all over in it however everytime we use it his little chin gets all red and irritated from rubbing on the material
Not enough padding
Compared to the Stearns paddle jumper the padding is not as sturdy or thick on the waist. I will be returning cause I don't think it's worth even trying it out. The design is cute but that is all I liked about it
Cheap in materials
You are paying for the name... the foam is spliced and much thinner than a regular one you buy that's nice and thick. I wouldn't feel safe with my child swimming in this. Will be returning this..
