This is the best waist band I have bought so far. I was absolutely surprised that even without the sweat enhancing cream I sweated so much. I usually don't sweat much during my hour workouts but I drenched my shirt and pants after using this. I will try the sweat enhancing gel and see what it will do but so far I am extremely pleased! Highly recommend!

This waist trimmer has a good stretch to it. Makes. It easy to fit most anyone. It's comfortable , does not itch, does not slip around rid up. Comes with a washable pouch so it's easily kept clean. Been using for a week haven't noticed any weight loss or trimming. But I will continue to use this product and see if results simply take more time. I would recommend , as it's easy to use and provides support .

It attaches around your midsection with velcro, and has some stretch to it. It stays put and can be worn over or under clothes comfortably.
