I use this on the heavy side of measuring for roasts and crock pot beef or pork. It makes the best brown gravy ever! I've used all the flavors but the beef is the one I always have a couple of jars on hand. WARNING: When you make brown gravy be sure you taste before salting. The gravy is soooo good you will not want to ruin it by adding any or too much salt.

Handy Beef Broth
This beef broth base is not salty like bullion cubes. I love that I never have to worry about having beef broth on hand. I keep this in the frig, drop the measured amount into water, and I am good to go!
This product puts bouillon cubes to shame. It has a much better taste - a little goes along way. It is as close to a product that I used when restaurant cooking that was called beef base/chicken base, etc. Very concentrated, fantastic flavor. Can be kept on hand - I refrigerate after opening - for long periods of time. I've never had to any problems with it going bad. I still use cubes also, but I have this also. Many more flavors than cubes. Don't remember seeing it in the store, but will be looking the next time I go. Would like to get the Ham flavor and Veggie flavor. Already have the Chicken, along with the Beef. Good just to put in hot water to make a broth to sip when not feeling well.
Hamburger meat is very bland these days. It doesn't matter if it is lean. chuck, round, or sirloin. This product adds flavor. I use it for everything from hamburgers to meat loaf to spaghetti sauce.
