Trimmer works great. Only problem is that it is very hard to put the cap on the trimmer head after putting new line in. Outer cap is very frustrating trying to push down the cap and then turning it to lock it. I'm a mechanic and and if I had a problem with it can you imagine a person with no real skills trying to do it? I think they will return it because I was almost going to return mine. Everything is great about it except the strength a person will need to put the cap on after putting new string in.
