Love it!

We had an issue with our kittie being on the furniture and shedding! Well now that issue is much smaller. He still getting on the couch but 90% of the time he sits on his window seat. He is 12 lbs and it holds him very well. Could hold a heavier cat easy!! I don't like that the little cushion that comes with it doesn't have Velcro or something to hold it in place... we took ours off as he likes a cooler surface to lay on anyway.

Arrived in terrible condition.

In all fairness I am unable to evaluate the quality of this seat due to condition it was in because of packaging. I had three items bunched and tied into a plastic bag, one being a liquid product with no cushioning whatsoever. The actual box it was shipped in was dry as can be but inside the bag all was destroyed. A word of caution - be careful of what you order at one time. However, the neighborhood Walmart refunded me with a credit - I provided the packaging and receipts.

My cats love this perch!

If you have more then one cat and sufficient window space consider getting more then one unit! My cats love this perch and when ones on it the other waits for his turn! It broke my heart so I have two!!

My cat spends most of her time on this bed!

My cat loves her window time, and since my fiancé and I both started working long day hours, the open window has become off limits to her for most of the day. The window bed isn't the best quality, but it is very sturdy. My cat actually chooses to lie in her bed and look out the window instead of sitting in the opened window when we're home! I would definitely recommend this to any working couple with cats.

Absolutely Wonderful!!

I bought our first seat about 6 months ago for our Bengal kitten who is now just over a year old and is weighing about 18 lbs solid and about 32" long, without the tail. SO a big boy! Loki absolutely loves his seat and he still fits in the seat with no problem. Of course its too cute when his legs are hanging off but he is very comfortable. I have had NO problems what so ever with the suction cups, it falling, breaking or anything. And when Loki jumps on the seat you wouldn't think it would hold up but it does. Like others the only thing that could be better is putting like Velcro or snaps on the cover to keep it closed but it should NOT be a deterrent in buying this product. So I just bought a 2nd one for our new female Bengal kitten, Leeloo, who is currently sharing the one with her big brother but that won't last long as she grows so we will put the two side by side on the front window. It's the best thing I've found that has made our boy and now our girl happy!!!

My cat LOVES it!!

I bought two sunny seat beds for each one of my cats. Both cats love them! (I have a 1 year old and a 11 year old cat. My 1 year is a heavy tomcat and the 11 year old is a lightweight female. bed will hold each one of their weights up) Before buying them, make sure your windows are wide enough though. My windows in my house are all of different widths so the bed doesnt fit on all the windows. And another thing, make sure it's a good window that doesn't get tons of traffic near it. The bed sticks out a great deal. My 1 year old is still a little playful and hyper. He likes to chew on things so he sometimes bites on the plastic 'wiring' that holds the suction cups to the bed. When he does that, it unsucks the suction cup from the window and the bed starts to fall down with him on it! Besides all of that, I would totally recommend purchasing this item for any cat owners! My cats lay on them everyday, majority of the day!

1. Make sure the window is clean and use warm soapy water to clean the suction cups. Mine holds both my cats at the same time with no problem at all. Good luck, my cats LOVE it!

2. You really have to clean both the cup and the window THOUROUGHLY before adhering. I find having the cup a LITTLE damp helps as well.

3. Mine stays up very well, as long as it is assembled correctly. I made sure to wash the window very well first, as well as the suction cups. If you think it may be up for quite a while you can add a drop of super glue to the cups.

4. We wet the suction cups a lil' bit in the middle and placed the suction cups and they've held for 6 months with multiple kitties sleeping in it and lunging for it when being chased like the bed is home base. ;) If THAT hasn't knocked it loose I'm sold! ;)

7. Make sure the glass is double paned. Clean it with window cleaner and wipe the suction cups with a little cleaner. Stick them up while they are a little damp. Make sure to push on the cups until you can see they have sealed to the window. They will be flat against the glass with no air pockets.

8. Just make sure the window and the suction cups are clean, and then add a small drop of super glue to the cups and then hold them tightly to the window for 60 seconds. My cats are about 15 lbs apiece and it holds great. If you ever need to move it, just take a razor blade and scrape the glue off. It doesn't leave a residue. The hammock is not very comfortable, so you might want to put a soft towel or blanket on it. Kathy-Ft. Worth

We have had ours for 6 months with our Bengal kitten growing up to about 18 to 20 lbs; jumping on it from his cat tree; and we have had absolutely NO problem with the suction cups coming loose or not holding him. We just really clean the window and dry it; we put the top suction cups on first after spraying them with the windex even; then place the bottom suction cups on the same way. We let it dry for at least 1/2 hr before letting him get on it. And seriously it does not come off but at the same time their easy to remove and move around. Just really make sure the cups are completely on as you can see air bubbles and if there is any space not sealed. so just keep pushing on them til it looks solid.

11. have the window clean and dry. apply the suction cups. tug on them a bit for hold, and that is it. i keep mine on the window permanently. taking them off and on will not keep the suction. good luck

9. Yes, the way I do it is, slide the poles off the bottom 2 suction cups and fold it upward flat, I have bamboo roll up blinds I just hold it until the blind is holding it. I've been doing this for months and have had no problems, stays up there good. It works for us and everyday I roll up the blinds and reattach it to the window. Always one of my cats is there ready to jump in it. I have 4 cats and they all use it everyday.

10. No, you would have to remove the suction cups. I remove them all the time because the seat will only fit if I hang it across two patio doors, so if I want to go out onto the deck, I have to take the cat seat down. It's easy to take down and put up though.

6. One of our kitties is between 12-15 lbs. No problem with holding him OR the other kitties. Also holds tight when they are playing and take a running dive for the window seat. Same suction cups have held tight for 6 months. This was during TX spring and a HOT TX summer. We'll see how it holds for this winter.
