This blanket has been a life saver! I recently hurt my back and had a pinched nerve that went all the way down my leg. Painkillers were ineffective but sitting on the heated blanket alleviated the pain right away. id also like to add that I had to buy 5 of them because everyone in my house, including the dogs fights over them.

I waited to give a review based on past purchase and reviews. It now June and the wiring still works fine. We have our ac set down to 65 degrees at nighttime and I use this once in while for my feet. Still works great.

Works great. I bought it for my Mom who is always cold. She really likes it. It's very soft and arrived quickly.

Bought this on sale at the end of last winter and I've been using it this winter. It replaced another sunbeam electric blanket that I preferred and will switch back to now that the holidays are over. This one does the job, but the fabric is cheaper.. there are several spots of loose threads where my cat has kneaded it... and they did not put a clip on the back of the remote so it stays attached to the blanket! The remote sometimes bangs against the bed frame while I move in the night and it's very jarring... Depending on where your outlets are, this could be an issue. My other Sunbeam blanket doesn't have either of these issues and it's only a couple years older. It does the job, with routine annoyances.

Great! When it works! This is 2nd one I've bought in 3 years. 1st one lasted right at a year, 2nd one lasted 2 yrs 1 month. My elderly Mother suffers neuropathy in her legs

This blanket wasn't exactly what I thought it would be. The feel of it is nice, however the layers are put together weirdly. The heating element is in between the two layers of fabric and seems to be some sort of thicker plastic instead of coils that run through like other electric blankets. It feels heavy and not very flexible. Also, the controls are very close to where you plug it into the blanket, so you either have to have the plug next to your face where it feels awkward and bulky or down by your feet but then you cannot adjust the temperature without getting up. On a positive though, it does heat up nicely, it is very soft, the colors are bright and vibrant and it's size is perfect for use while lounging on the couch.

I would give it 5 stars BUT it stopped working 2 months after i received it. But it was amazing for those 2 months. I loved it. Other reviews on another site said theirs didnt last long either.

Poor quality stopped working with in 3 weeks and then I learn only 30 day return so BE CAREFUL when buying online NOT same return policies. Second one to go bad. They don't get super warm even if it works

I bought this blanket in December. I wasn't at all impressed with the cheap, thin material, but the price was right. After 3 weeks of use (on a bed for reading and watching TV under, nothing wild) a big tear appeared. I couldn't see it because the material couldn't handle the stress of being stitched. Within a few days more tears showed up. By the end of February this thing looked like it belonged to Freddy Krueger. Completely shredded! Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra for a better quality blanket.
