Does exactly what it says. I am pleased and would recommend this StarTech bluetooth receiver. I have built- in stereo ceiling speakers in my "new" home and the wall has RCA plugs and power/volume controls. I used this receiver to connect to the wall plugs and can now use the speakers. I use my phone through bluetooth to the receiver so I can now play anything I want through the house stereo speakers. I want to try to connect my smart tv to it to see if I can use the speakers for tv audio.

Works well. Solved my audio problem.
StarTech Bluetooth Audio Receiver with NFC
Receiver worhks great! No issues with bluetooth dropping out. Great reception!!!
Great device. I bought a new stereo receiver without a Bluetooth option thinking I wouldn't need that feature. After realizing I would like that feature I found this device. I plugged it in to the aux input and it paired instantly with my Droid phone. Works great! I highly recommend it.
I loved how easy it was to pair with my phone and laptop. Once paired, we tested it with Pandora on both devices and it worked extremely well!
Hooked it up to my av reciever and it works better than my expectations! great product!
works pretty darn good and unless you're a fanatic audiophile it sounds as good as anything
This Star-Tech Bluetooth for audio is decent. It was easy to hook up. The Bluetooth has good range. Where it isn't so good is the music has to be turned up to hear it well. A lot of it could be that I am taking music from my iPad, which is audio file, and playing it into a top grade stereo. I am still happy with it for the most part.
Poor quality sound
Used the device to hook up to my stereo system to use with my iPod. The sound is somewhat distorted, basye, and low-quality
