With its handle for "flying" action you can imagine what happens as the Millennium Falcon "cruises the stars" in adventure after adventure! The level of detail on this playset is what kids have come to expect from Star Wars Playskool toys. Turn the sensor dish or aim the "blasting cannon"; plug the included tools into the ship and put the gear on the included Han Solo and Chewbacca figures; your child's Han Solo and Chewbacca figures can even escape when they need to, either through the trap door or into the secret compartment! Your child can imagine adventures from the included Star Wars-inspired "Watch Out for the Wookiee" storybook or create his own. Either way, the Star Wars fun will be epic!

Brings me back to when I was a kid and our little one loves it too. Glad there is finally Star Wars toys for smaller kids.

Bought this for my 6 year old son for Christmas. It will not stay together when you open it up. its completely top heavy and too much weight if you open it up to play with the inside of the ship. He's very careful and takes his time setting it all up and the top will just pop off without him even touching it. Great idea horrible construction. unless your child is just wanting a ship to carry around I'd save my money.

It looks like a great toy, but don't be fooled! It just keeps falling apart. My son spent all of his Easter money on this toy. He keeps getting so frustrated when it falls apart in the middle of play. Also the little helmet thingy doesn't fit Chewie because of the little satchel thing he has on his side.

My son is in love with this. However, we both get frustrated because it always falls apart when playing in the opened up mode. the top opens to 90°, and every time it gets bumped and goes father than 90° it falls apart/separates into two halves (just like when you pull that highback booster seat out of your car...grrr) that CONSTANTLY need to be put back together. We've learned to lean it against a wall to play. Otherwise sturdy construction and great for imaginative play. Does not come with R2 or C3PO.

My four year old was very excited to receive this for Christmas. He's "getting into Star Wars," so I was thrilled to see a preschool version of the series. I expected the set to be durable, and offer flexibility for imaginative play. I was disappointed- what happened to Playskool? The cover of the famous Millenium Falcon is supposed to stand upright for play, as illustrated in the lovely photos. Not....so...much - every time my son (or I for that matter) open up the top - off pops the lid. I mean every time - you can imagine how well it goes over during an adventure. The figures are adequately made, but the "space gear" is cheaply molded. The provided Chewey breathing apparatus doesn't fit at all- it pops off all over the place. The ship itself is okay, but there's no way to remove the front leg once you clip it in there. The "locking cover" is a joke, and frustrating for little ones. No matter what we do, the little figures don't fit in the pod of the ship either. Save your money and your time for Lego Duplo blocks, they are sturdy and are better for the imagination anyway.

    • A. Yes. Hasbro.com offers them. Walmart actually carries some of the additional figures, but I have yet to be able to see C3PO/R2D2 set or the Yoda/Luke set at Walmart. Amazon offers them online as well. Expect to pay more for them though!!
