This unit is in our community gym; liked it enough to buy my own. 
REMEMBER: This is mainly for the  lower back, which is why you want to hyper extend your back using a roman style chair; there is nothing much better for making your lower back healthier.

AB/ROMAN CHAIR HYPER BENCH PRO 20-2021

I have been using this unit at our gym for over a year, then bought my own. Only three exercises, one of which does the same thing as a Roman Chair, which is crucial for the lower back; it is called Hyper Extension. If you cannot do this for your lower back, those discs will get worst than they are. If you cannot do this at least twice a week, skip it.

I purchased my Stamina Ab/Hyper Bench about 4 weeks ago and I must say I'm very pleased with this products and the quick results I can already notice. The setup was a little tricky but not hard at all two people is needed for setup but I was able to install it with the simple directions and some support from my 9 yr old son, I would defiantly recommend this product to others and its a great price !!!!

Great Workout Bench !!!!

I read previous comments about needing to be short to use this but I'm 5'10" and haven't had any issues using it for a core workout. Not really a great flat bench to do exercise like chest flies but it's definitely great for core workouts in a small Manhattan apartment.

Great Product

I've used my bench for a while now and it works great for me when it comes to doing crunches and back extension exercises. Very convenient and a quality piece of equipment. I've been using it almost every day for around five years and it's still in great shape.

All in one

Didn't come with all the pieces but overall still a good product, they shipped us what was missing. I use it regularly and it does what it says at least for me, though I'm 5'6 and about 140 pounds

Decent customer service on product so I can stand

Due to portability, bought for use while we are traveliing. However, we liked it so much we have it beside our regular roman chair. Would have gone 5 stars except I'm not real comfortable with the ankle or lower leg restraining device.

More than pleased

For the price point this bench is pretty good. For a little over 100 dollars you can't expect professional gym quality, but for a quick session at home it does the job. It comes in a lot of pieces, it's relatively easy to assemble but the wrenches it comes with are worthless, so I suggest using a real wrench to tighten the bolts. Overall I'm pretty pleased with my purchase.

It's ok

I only wish there was a YouTube video on how to make the most out of the bench. I've come up with about 6 exercises/stretches but am probably only scratching the surface.

Simple and sturdy.

I received my bench in the mail about one week after I ordered. I was unable to assemble it because it was missing 4 pieces. I called Stamina and they said they would replace the 4 pieces. So another week went by and then I got package from them with one piece that I didn't even need. Very strange. I guess I'll have to call them again and wait again.
