Love 'em!
My doctor has me taking 10,000 IU of vitamin D per day. The previous ones I had were large capsules. Due to a surgery I had, I have a really hard time swallowing them. These are wonderful! They're very small softgels and are very easy for me to swallow.

Spring Valley Vitamin D soft gels
I was really excited about buying these because of the great price and equally great reviews. But when it arrived, the sulfuric and rancid smell coming from inside the bottle was so strong I couldn't muster up the nerve to try them. Did anyone else notice this? I will probably just throw them away, which is why I'm glad I only paid $2.40 for them.

Low on Energy

I have been taking the Spring Valley Vitamin D-3 for about three years now because of chronic fatigue. Before taking the D-3 softgels 5000 lu supplement, I could barely put one foot in front of the other, I still have some fatigue issues, but nothing close to how I felt before. I would definitely recommend this product.
