I've been using this Melatonin with lemon for a few years. It's much better than the other brands plus cheaper. The lemon helps settle the nerve endings plus helps calm me down to let the sleep product do it's job. Just follow the directions, don't drink anything an hr before going to bed or any caffeine and you will sleep well all night. I have recommended it to several friends n family.
