I bought this, in conjunction with other hair growth supplements, because post sepsis syndrome had caused my hair to start falling out and breaking off, and it was making me horrendously self-conscious. While I can't place the entirety of my hair regrowth onto this one product (because I've also been taking other supplements, as well as using specialized shampoo and conditioner), it's definitely been a worthwhile product to try in the goal of getting my hair back to its normal health. I've used this product every day, very faithfully, and it's helped my hair to stop shedding so much and so quickly, as well as it's helped my hair to return to its previous softness and shininess. I've noticed that I'm shedding less now than I was before I even got sick and my hair began falling out. I'm about to purchase my third bottle, if that tells you anything. The best part about this product, in my opinion, is its taste; it's a very mild berry flavor, doesn't taste medicinal at all, so even if you only have water to put it in (although I typically mix mine with a small amount of Twist strawberry lemonade), it just tastes like a watered down berry drink. Anyone that's sensitive to anything that tastes too medicinal wouldn't have that issue with this product. It also dissolves completely in even cold water/juice, so anyone concerned about the thicker consistency of this product doesn't have to worry about the texture, either. This product definitely works in enhancing the health of your hair, skin, and nails.
