PS5 froze to black screen, impossible to reboot.

The PS5 worked for 2 days then froze. Rebooted using safe mode, cleared hard drive and started over. Froze again, impossible to get into safe mode on screen to do another reboot. Called Sony for advice on hardware repair, and they took us through same process and ultimately said hard reboot not possible and device should be returned. Returned. Unhappy that the PS5 did not ultimately work.
