Could use written instructions

The TV has more features than we really need. We are pleased that we have been able to hook up cable, OTA antenna, and a DVR with not a lot of trouble. However, it would have been much easier had the TV come with an instruction book like previous TVs we've owned. The connection for the DVR not being the standard three white, yellow, red, RCA jacks set us back some. It seems that the jack required is not that easy to find. Again, my biggest complaint is the lack of instruction book. I didn't even find a PDF version let alone a printed one in the box. Having to page through settings with nothing more than a TV remote and no idea if what I want to do is available does not make setup easy.

Arrived damaged

Arrived with a Crack behind the screen. Did not discover until set up and turned on. Hoping replacement will not have same issue. Box it arrived in was a bit flimsy.

    Great picture

    We've had our new TV for a little over a month now and absolutely love the picture. We've been missing something for years it seems! Resolution is amazing and 0lpeople and characters seem to jump right out at you.
