Social Sabotage is a card game where friends challenge each other to be awkward on social media. Playing BuzzFeed's first party game is simple and fun. Each round, you’ll draw a “WHERE” Card, which gives you a person, platform, or social network to text or post to. Then, your friends throw down “WHAT” cards, each with a totally awkward message, and encourage you to send one of them, leading to the funniest fallout as the recipients reply in real-time. Unlike most party games, Social Sabotage uses players' smartphones for hilarious results. Do you have the guts? Are you willing to implode your beautifully curated digital life? You better be, because that’s the only way to win.

Fun, but dangerous
I played this game over the weekend with family and friends. It is a very fun game. Fun times for all, it was even fun for the people who were watching us play. The game is exactly how it is described. You can always pass but it's more fun to go with the cards.

I wanted to like this game but, if you are conscientious about what you put on social media (as you should be) this game is a no go. Everyone looked at it (younger and older alike) and said nope, not doing that.

holiday party must have

This is risky stuff. Depending on how involved you are with your social media your anxiety level will fluctuate. This game is nothing like any other game out there because it's like an actual real life cause and effect. Once you start playing it's like a whole bunch of people on the outside are playing as well because they are basically reacting to the ridiculous stuff you are doing in public. It's an adult themed game buts its nothing out of hand. Awesome for big groups as well as small ones. Amazing for holiday parties with friends (as they are starting to kick-off). I received this product at a discounted price in return for my unbiased review but I would buy it full price for sure.

Hilariously awkward!

Overall a very fun game to play with your friends - lots of laughing throughout the whole game! Love that it has you reach out to people you probably haven't talked to in a very long time (even though you're most likely sending them some form of embarrassing content...). Love that it's a combination of truth or dare + cards against humanity with a social angle. Only thing is you have to make sure everyone in the group actually is up for and follows through with the dares!

Fun!!

This game is hilarious. I played it over the weekend at our Friendsgiving party and we could not stop laughing. It was like playing dare and all the dares have to be on social media! Ah! Getting another one for White Elephant party! I received this product at a discounted price in return for my unbiased review.

We had a lot of fun playing this game. Some of my friends came over one night and I pulled out this game and we began to play. It does not take long to fully understand how to play and the games last under an hour. At first, I was apprehensive but when one person breaks the ice and actually makes a post on a site, then more people joined in the fun. Hopefully, your friends that you contact have a sense of humor when you use them in the game. Enjoy playing. I received this product at a discounted price in return for my unbiased review.

This game is SCARY, FUN, EXILERATING, HUMILIATING and so many other things. This game is NOT for the faint of heart or people worried about the social image! Just be warned, KNOW, what you are getting yourself in for before you agree to play. “SOCIAL SABOTAGE” is not just an expression, it's “THE GOAL OF THIS GAME”.

Silly, but slow with big group

My friends and I played this at a holiday gift exchange with a group of about 10. At first I was worried about playing this game - I'm not that active on social media, so if I needed to suddenly put a lot of silly posts, it would definitely have been odd behavior. But that's the whole point of the game! You see everyone get to let loose, and the rules say you can all agree that some social networks are off limits. A lot of our cards were general "send" cards so we mostly stuck to texting recipients. The game can be as rowdy or boring as you make it - the only downside while playing is if each person choosing the "what" card picks the easiest "dare" which doesn't make it as silly and fun. The best part is getting responses back from those you've texted or sent a post to. In that sense, it feels daring, but can be anti-climatic. We only played a couple rounds of the game and then moved on to more games. I wouldn't make this the only thing you have going for the night, especially if it's a large group since you'll be taking most of the time just reading cards and picking a "who" for your "what/where" cards.

Was a gift for my teenage niece. Her and her friends enjoyed playing the game.

This is a horrible game. I wish I could give zero star. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
