Received smoker in a few day after ordering. Assembled it within an hour and used the unit the following week end. Smoked 2 racks of pork ribs, 2 beef tri tips and 6 pork sausages. The pork ribs I smoked for 7 hrs @ 225deg , the tri tip for 5 hrs, and the sausages for 3hrs, they turn out great. Everyone loved the smoked flavor. I used apple wood in the fire pan and apple juice in the liquid pan. You can't beat this propane smoker for the price.

I bought this a month ago but have not had a chance to use it yet. But it was delivered in perfect condition and it was delivered in just a few days as promised. The only negative was that one of the legs was about an inch shorter than the rest but I was able to add a piece so the leg was even with the others
Just 'Smoked my first Joint ' !!!
The smoker arrived on time and in perfect condition , not a dent anywhere. I assembled totally on my own, no problems. Did the seasoning as specified .. I had a nice pork loin to try, made a rub, washed and dried the joint and started the smoker.
I used 3 lots of wood chips, going to use larger ones next time. The loin was perfectly cooked at 225f in 3 hours. Ive just bought a remote thermometer as i found knowing the core temp. of the food the top priority and without opening the door and sticking in a meat thermo' i didnt have a clue. The joint ended up with a nice bark , was beautifulymoistv and absolutely delicious. A great start, a nice thick piece of salmon is next to be tried. This is a perfect smoker for a newbie and only two of us to cook for.
Great size and easy to move!
We bought this about 3 months ago and have used it several times in cooking chicken, pork chops, sausage, and a turkey. The meat smells so good as it is cooking and it has a great taste when it's done. So glad we decided to get this smoker at a good price.
Great price for quality product
I smoked my first meat product, I am learning a lot from smoking that port butt. Be sure to purchase an accurate thermometer as the one that comes with the smoker is off by at least 15 degrees! That was one of the best pieces of advice I picked up from my research. I can't wait to try a turkey, ribs and brisket!
