I bought my first pair of After Burns probably back in 2008 or 2009. Ever since then, the After Burn has been the ONLY shoe I've used for running as well as workouts at the gym. (The sole exception was a brief period in 2015 in which I was on extended travel and due to unforeseen circumstances, had to acquire another shoe on the fly). I've found the After Burns promote good running form, speed, and endurance. They last a good while too. I can get 6 months out of pair and that's taking into account easily 15 to 30 miles of running per week. They hold up well across diverse conditions - I've used them on streets and trails in conditions ranging from triple digit heat waves to snow-covered conditions in sub-zero temperatures. Simply put, there is no better shoe out there!
