The lo mein noodles are awesome! One package is 10oz, if you cook them longer than 4 minutes you will over cook them for sure!! Tried them with chicken chow mein meal thingy, that 2 can deal and it was good!! Will be experiencing a lot with the noodles in different good prep, beef etc... Am excited I finally found the noodles at all!!!

Someone has finally brought authentic lo mein noodles to the shelves. So many times I've asked while in the restaurant, and every time I was told the same thing, "just use spag.". So NOT the same thing! I love eating with a ton of veggies and Hoisin Garlic Sauce!!! I started eating it so much that I began to lose weight. Hmm, think I'll try that diet. lol YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THESE NOODLES!
