Low carb, gluten free. whoop! They get very crispy when heated, so not great if you want soft tacos. If you just defrost them and use them soft they are so-so. But they make excellent low carb chips. The best I have ever tasted! Use a pizza cutter to slice into triangles, separate onto a paper plate, sprinkle with sea salt, microwave 30 seconds. Then flip them over and microwave an additional 15 seconds. Take a bag with you when you go out for Mexican, and eat salsa and guacamole, keeping it low carb! Or make a big pile of low-carb nachos! I love this product.

Heating these in a pan with a little organic butter gives them and amazing taste and crunch. I have a grain free lifestyle and these keep me from missing bread and crackers.
