I wanted a lunge line that didn't have a chain, and something that was a little easier to maneuver so I could focus on my young horse at the end of the line vs. worrying about having too much line. This lunge line is perfect - great length, durable, and the snap is heavy-duty at the end. Wish there were more colors to choose from, but for <$20, I won't complain!
