- 4 out of 5 stars reviewSeller Verified Purchase10/25/2021I like and dislike the blow dryer. It's very quite and blows your hair dry like a hand dryer would in a bathroom. Easy to use, easy to set the heat and cool settings. But if your looking for a lite weight dryer, this one isn't for you. The attachment is useless for me, the brush doesn't hang on to the hair because the power is so strong. I chose the wrong attachment. But wanted to save money, the price is steep for only 2 piece attachment. My hair stylist tried it out for me. She liked it for the same reason and disliked for the same reason. This dryer is very heavy for anyone who has any kind of health issues. So be careful in buying this if your expecting something lite weight.
Not for everyone
LCHTOriginally posted onsharkninja.com - 4 out of 5 stars reviewSeller Verified Purchase10/30/2021The feature that appealed most to me when seeing the shark hair dryer set online was the use of minimal heat. I have very thick, coarse hair that took a long time to dry. Knowing Sharks product used minimal heat and would not damage my hair was the selling feature for me. My hair drying now is cut in half. I am noticing a softer texture to my hair. The dryer itself is very lightweight too which is great. Only downside is the brush styling tool is awkward and hard to use. I think over time I may perfect it but as someone who is a expert level stylish and makeup artist I find it challenging.
Impressive
Bennedette83Originally posted onsharkninja.com - 3 out of 5 stars reviewSeller Verified Purchase10/23/2021This fell far below my expectations. It is very heavy, and all the attachments are extremely bulky. I don't even know where I would store the attachments in my bathroom because they are so large. It does dry well, but having small hands, and wrists that are tired from 18 years of hairdressing, I really needed this to weigh a lot less than it does.
Too bulky
smthnbtmaryOriginally posted onsharkninja.com - 2 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchase1/8/2024I realize the seller is permitted to resell items, but I feel this transaction was completely unprofessional and expected better of a Walmart reseller. The hairdryer came in a Lowe's box that had a large grease stain under the label. The actual hairdryer box had a partially removed Ross sticker and the price of $125.00 was written on the top of the box. She could have at least hid the fact that it came from Ross and how much she paid. I will pay more attention next time. I would have been fine if I'd purchased this from eBay or Mercuri.
Unprofessional at best
Andrea - 1 out of 5 stars reviewSeller Verified Purchase1/29/2022I purchased it hoping it will be so good for my hair. And I love the power of it, but the same powerful air makes attachments fly away and fall on the floor. This morning, I again tried to dry my hair with brush attachment and it fell off 3 times, it sounds pretty loud on the tile floor:) I am not sure if I am doing something wrong but this happens with all the attachments I have: Brush one, vent one; hair curling attachment… and I tried by now multiple times to make it work but it just doesn't. Sorry - I strongly dislike writing anything bad, I am just really disappointed with attachments not attaching properly.
