Product came with bent, defective materials. Where you put the rods through, one of the shelves' holes was bent. We managed to pry it open so that the rod could go through, but what the heck? This shelf we put on the bottom because it wouldn't even go over those black sleeves.
Speaking of the black sleeves ... there is a way they must be put on - but this wasn't mentioned in the instructions. If you do buy this, and if look at the sleeves, you can see that there is "lip" o on one side; that side goes to the top so the holes on the shelves can go over it & stop where it has to stop. They pop on, but they don't stay on, so we taped them on to not fall apart. Had to use the tape because the buggars just fall off once the shelf touches it.
The wooden shelf is split on the side - we aren't using it as a cutting board, though, so we can adapt. That's another What the Heck?
Too much trouble to send back, esp. since we had to practically destroy the box to open it (that should have told us something right there.
Would never recommend it to anyone nor buy another. We'll adapt until I can get something better. I'm sorry we didn't listen to the reviews on this - it's Garbage & not worth your money! But if you have to & can adapt, we hope this review will help.
