Product definitely works but if you need replacement parts, you'll need to find the specs

This AC unit works well for us; we've had it a few years and it's sturdy enough. However, one thing that's missing in the product line is a replacement drain hose; the product page doesn't have one here or on SereneLife's own company page. We tried to find the specs, and their support chatbot gave us WRONG INFORMATION - and we found a drain line at a hardware store, 5/8ths inch outer diameter, 1/2 inch INNER diameter. It's not difficult to find or use (we cut ours down to length) and it's not expensive, but if you need to replace it, that's what you'd need to look for.
