Everything about this safe screams QUALITY! It is well made and you can tell

Didn't come with bolts didn't have internal dents To tell us where to drill. It wasn't like the instructions said which made it difficult. It was a guessing game as far as knowing where to drill through the bottom. And the bolts were not in there which made it an extra trip to the store. Other than that it's good

I'm sorry to say I have not been able to use the safe yet. I've been very busy and need to bolt it to the floor before I start using it. I gave it five stars due to the fact I like what I see so far.

The safe is well constructed both inside and out.The only one thing that stops me giving it a 5star rate was when you register online you put your 5 digit manufacturing code in registration.Then when you come to change your code it will still open on yours and manufacturing code and I've just put that in a email register mmmmmmm bit bad if anyone taps in to my emails.

I am very happy with my purchase of this safe. It is just the right size for my important documents and treasures. I feel much more secure knowing my things are safer. The only thing I wish was that I could submit all of my items with the monetary value on an online Registration for the Guarantee/Warranty. The form is really small print and hard to read.

This safe is large enough to store binders, all important paperwork and valuables. It has good fire and water ratings. It is heavy duty, secure. It ws not so heavy that I couldn't move it around the house. The one disappointment is that it did not come with bolt down hardware which I would have to buy separately. That was not obvious from the literature.

I've only had this safe for a few days but from just looking at the construction of safe, it looks like it is really well built and secure. Aside from the superb construction, the safe itself was easy to setup. I like the fact that I can change the batteries on the keypad without opening the safe.

After reading the reviews of others, I decided to purchase this unit for critical documents. I do like the fire rating, the heat range and the fact it is water proof. Its a good size unit. People do seem to complain about the fact that the handle is plastic. It does seam to be a cheap and flimsy handle, but as long as it doesn't break, I am good with it. I don't plan on accessing it more than once a year anyways. I like the fact is has the 4 large pins comes with a preloaded code and allows you to program 2 additional codes. One thing that I would add that I didn't realize, but should have thought about, is if you plan on mounting it to the floor, it requires you to drill through the bottom. Once you drill through it, it is no longer water proof. I compensated by dropping bolts in, filling the holes with caulk, and used rubber washers with large fender washers over them. I didn't flood my house to check if it would work, but seems like a suitable fix.

This is a overall good save : PROS: Heavy and sturdy Nice 5 combination security Plenty of space to save items and documents Closes and opens smooth and prompt. The door does not rattle when closed like other saves that I tried Add or delete two more combinations Fire proof, water proof and fall proof CONS : The hinge not sturdy can be cut easly The four bolts are only in one side, and only a plastic lip holds the door in the other (can be easily pry with a crobar) Plastic handle can break work time Original combination can't be deleted There are no holes or hardware to bolt the save to the ground or wall It's an ok save, but not recommended for a lot of jewellery or money in a huge value to be saved in. I would have give it 3 stars if it wasn't for the price I payed for it. Overall a really good save for documents and few items and money.

First off, the handle is PLASTIC. It doesn't seem to move right. Very flimsy handle. Second, I don't trust that it doesn't have a back up key with it. It should have a second alternative way to open. Third, it seemed like a heavy durable safe but even after entering in the code we had problems. Sometimes it would work, sometimes you had to try 4-5 times for it to open. It just does not seem like a reliable safe.
