As a home haunter for almost 30 years, I rarely buy Halloween props. But when I saw this guy I had to have him. He's big - just shy of 7'. His wire frame is pretty sturdy though I'd recommend some sort of anchoring if you're planning to use him outside. Do note that he's not recommended for outdoor use. There is a motor inside his back that shouldn't get wet. There are a lot of pieces to him, but the directions are straightforward. Took about a half hour to get him all put together. His head and chest flicker as if they are on fire. His hands do not light up. I do wish his chest was a little bigger given his size. It's about 12" tall but would be nice if it was around 15" to fill out more of that area. His head and torso move back and forth and he says the following: - Brittle and withering on a blackened husk, but still ready to harvest. Im looking for some ripe souls to roast over my embers until ready to eat - ahahahah delicious! - The lands have been burned to a smoldering ruin; this earth is good for nothing and no one. Come out of hiding, you have nothing left to live for! - Bones crackle and crumble like burnt matchsticks, feeding the fires that keep me standing before you. Whos next for the pyre? Ahhahahahah! The voice sound is great and not cheesy like some props. There is a volume control that allows you to turn the sound completely off or increase the volume. Comes with a fog machine and a step-pad. You can activate him by choosing steady on, infra-red sensor (on his chest and works up to 6 1/2 feet away) or by using the "step here" pad (included). Fog juice is not included. Once assembled, his controls are easily accessible through his back. This is a great prop and a major bonus that it comes with a fog machine AND a trigger pad because most props do not. Happy haunting!
