Great running shoe
Average rating:5out of5stars, based on0reviews
I have run with this Hurricane and its a comfortable shoe. It always holds up well and I would recommend this to any one looking for a high quality running shoe.
Can't recall wearing a more comfortable running shoe. The only reason I deducted a star is because the forefront upper tends to buckle when you tighten the laces. The lacing in itself seems to be more complicated than necessary. Can't attest for the durability of the shoe because I've worn it less than a month. Would also suggest ordering a half-size larger.
Amazing Shoe Ruined by Material Failure After 50 Miles
Average rating:1out of5stars, based on0reviews
These quickly became my favorite all time running shoes after a long search across many brands and models. However, after only 50 miles the interior heel liner of the right shoe wore a hole in it and the padding completely wore away. This created a hole that directly exposes my heel to the hard outer shell. It appears the left heel will repeat this failure. I am supremely disappointed as the fit and ride has been amazing. It is an additional disappoint due to the high $160 price. This price point should be accompanied by high end performance and unquestioned durability. I hope this is an isolated incident and will return these shoes in exchange for a new pair, but I am not highly confident. (Men's Hurricane ISO3 Size 8.5 (D); 5'6" runner at 140 lbs.; mid-marathon training currently at 20-30 miles per week; I have posted this review on other sites).
