I absolutely love how easy it was to set up. The picture is clear and the sound was not too bad at first. After the second day the sound was a bit crackly. I hooked up my own speakers, by purchasing a headphone jack to RCA input cables, and now I have better sound. I see so many bad reviews given on products like this because it was damaged during shipping, but what people aren't realizing is, that is a shipping issue, and it's not fair to rate the product on shipping. Make it about how the company resolved the issue. Sadly, I hear how packages are tossed around during shipping and that is on those employees. The screen on these thin flat screen TV's are very fragile and yes, they do bend and crack ...

The screen had a large bar from the top of the screen to the bottom approximately 8 inches wide where there was no picture. This television had broken pixels . It would never regain picture in that area. I had to call for a return on this television . I will buy a new television, however this TV is out of stock. I would not like to replace it with the same item anyway. The return was picked up. However I have to wait too long for my refund. The return was picked up 5 days ago and I am still waiting for my refund.
