Strong and Stable product
Installed easily, works great, extremely satisfied
Summary says it all... I had to purchase my own bolts for the TV, as the provided ones were a bit short to mount the TV to the brackets. Other than that minor issue, this devices works great, is stable and provides all the adjustment necessary for a large TV. Would highly recommend this to anyone needed a wall mount.
Great TV Mount
This full motion mount is great. It is very sturdy and the directions are clear. The assembly and mounting worked good except for the final mounting. Mating the TV bracket to the wall bracket went well except the final safety screw would not engage. Reaming out a screw slot with a drill worked and everything worked with ease. This is a great product, I'm very happy with it: it tilts, swivels, can do horizontal adjustments and call pull out from the wall for cable hookups, etc.
great for any tv lover
THIS IS BEST IN CLASS SANUS BEATS ALL BRANDS NO ONE ELSE COMES CLOSE , WOULD BUY AGAIN.
Ordering and Pick Up were a breaze. Walmart was great. Putting it on the wall was a little hard. I did it myself but got it after a while.
Easy to install. Easy to follow instructions. Its great with my new 60". Plenty of floor space after getting rid of the table & old tv. I LOVE IT.
Great Product and Great Price
Easy installation. Took two of us to mount the tv because of its size but worked out well. Now my husband can turn the tv so he can watch the news in the morning while shaving!
OK.. My wife upgraded my man cave TV in the garage from a 42 inch flat screen to a 60 inch flat screen. Yes guys I have the perfect wife!! OMG and she doesn't have a sister either. So to handle the extra load I bought the F180 full motion and I am soooo glad I did. It appears that the flat screen folks don't think ahead with all of the accessories that a person can add to a flat screen. The access to the TV ports is lack luster at best. I had a wall mounted TV rack before with nothing that moved, it was horrible standing on my head with a mirror trying to connect all of the cables for everything. Having this full motion mount is a dream come true, but I did however connect every cable I had before I hung the TV on the wall because of the stationary wall mount I had before. LOL I didn't need to after I saw how this new mount works, I just use 2 fingers to pull it out from the wall and plug it in. I know a few of you have given this some lower ratings for cost, but I say you get what you pay for. This was the best thing I did for myself URAH! Buy this product if you want to be a ROCK STAR... I am going to throw the old stationary rack out from the 42 inch and buy another full motion rack from this company to replace it. Who wants the old rack? Oh ya one more thing, I looked at the pictures of the instructions not the verbiage that is how easy it was to install it. LOL
It's OK with adaption for Samsung UN55ES7003
I bought this mount shortly after getting my TV from a local vendor and it was set up on its tand. I reviewed Sanus's instructions and tried the various screws provided with the mount. ASIR, Samsung's instructions for the mounting adaptors are only mentioned in the small packet containing them. I tried fitting the mounting brackets to the TV and discovered the provided M8 screws were either too short of too long so I measured carefully then went to the local Ace Hardware and bought M8x1.25 20mm & 25 mm (?) bolts as they didn't have screws that big and came home. The longer bolts worked. At first attached a bracket without a washer until finger tight. I decided the Sanus provided washers were a bit thin so I used a slightly thicker 1/4"washer so that when I did the final assembly the bolts would not bottom out in the sockets on the TV and perhaps cause damage. The remainder of the installation was simple. I found that the power cord bracket was behind the lower cross piece and it was very difficult for me to insert it. Eventually using needle nosed pliers I was able to connect it. I recommend one lay out the brackets and cross pieces and see how they impact attaching the various cables before final assembly and attach cables if needed before mounting the TV. I now need to call Sanus because the tilt adjustment binds when I go to tilt it forward but it tilts backwards very easy.
TV mount brackets don't ieasily fit Samsung TVs
I bought this TV mount to save $60 over the Best Buy mount. I installed the TV mount for a Samsung UN55ES7003. However, when trying to attach the brackets to the back of the TV, I had a very hard time. I tried different iterations between spacers, long screws, and short screws without success. After couple of hours, I was ready to return the item to Walmart and go to Best Buy, but I called Sanus tech support. Ross answered the call with a short and dry greeting. I introduced myself and greeted Ross. He must have believed I was a telemarketer trying to sell him something cause he did not reciprocate the greet. If you call, save the greeting and go straight to the point. Apparently the company does not promote customer service etiquette. I explained the problem and Ross immediately knew I had a Samsung TV. He explained I needed to get the holder ring included in the TV kit. This little piece of information is no where to be found in the instructions nor their website installation video making me waste time and effort. I was pleased with the information and I was ready to move forward. I used the holder rings and still does not work. The screws are either too short or too long. Tried the pacers and no luck. Back to square one. So I used a Dremel tool to cut off 1/4" from the four longer screws without the spacers in order to make it work. Going through these many loopholes is not ideal so I do not recommend this product for Samsung TVs. You can to the Sanus website, enter your TV brand and model to receive a list of mount TVs that I assume work beter with your TV. Will see.
