Love it!
I've now had the S9 Plus for a little over a week and I'm obsessed. I didn't want to review it right away and wanted to spend some time with it. I upgraded to it from the S7 Edge and it's so much nicer IMO. Other than the obvious changes screen size, no home button and the fingerprint scanner on the back it's much sleeker and faster than my old phone (I know it's still new) but it has all my apps, music, pics, videos, etc on it. So even with all that, there's a noticeable speed difference. I love the color. Lilac is something different compared to the usual gold, rose, silver, black, etc. I have a feeling it will be the most popular color option. It has 64GB plus a removable SD card slot which provides plenty of storage options. I believe I currently have a 32GB SD card in it same as my old phone but the S7 Edge only had 32GB to start. It didn't take me that long to get used to not having a physical home button. I like that there are so many lock options. You have of course the code/PW, as well as the fingerprint scanner, iris scanner, and the face scanner. Not to mention the fact that the camera is amazing, to say the least. Overall, I'm really loving it so far.

NOT WORTH THE $$$
I don't usually write reviews. But this phone is not worth the money. There seem to be a lot of bugs in the software . Talk to text is constantly misunderstanding my words and putting capital letters in the strangest places. (Everywhere but the beginning of a sentence, hence my smartphone doesn't understand English). There are no physical buttons at the bottom of the phone to allow you to back out of or exit an app. They are part of the software and they disappear in a lot of apps. So you have to totally exit an app in the middle of what you are doing. Bixby shows up out of nowhere and interrupts phone calls. As I write this review I can not access the end of the review bc I went back to add a comment. So I will look like an idiot with an unfinished comment at the end. You have to enter your password while you are using the phone and want to change apps.

This phone is best in its class for sure

I bought this a few weeks ago and am very impressed with the camera's and also the amazing 2.8 ghz snapdragon that's driving it good phone it does it all and effortlessly at that. would gladly recommend to anybody that loves speed and versatility this device.

Best Phone of 2018

Best screen available on a phone right now. Best processor in the Snap Dragon 845. Best feature set: headphone jack, fingerprint sensor, iris unlock, stereo speakers, no notch, etc. Camera is second only to the Pixel 3. Excellent battery life. I get a full day with lots to spare. Fast charging plus fast wireless charging. Samsung makes the best hardware. The s8 was so far ahead that they didn't have to change a whole lot to the s9 and s9 is still the best hardware available. Just shows how good Samsung designs are.

Samsung Fan

I have always loved Samsung. When I switched my note7 for the pixel I said I wasn't going back to samsung. Then the s9 b came out and I just had to come back home. My only issue is that the touch screen is not sensitive enough. After maybe a week of having my phone it did a factory reset because when I was putting my pattern in to turn the phone on it was shorting my swiping and reset after 10 tries. I lost all of the puctures on my memory card. Other than that ine incident I love this phone. The camera is life I love the edge bcz it allows quick access to my most used apps bcz I only like to have one home screen with nothing in it. The sound is impeccable and so is the screen and color. Great phone

I've had this phone for a couple of months. I had a couple of updates. And the additional options are what was needed. I would recommend this phone for the android users.
