    Best locks ever!

These are the only locks my daughter cannot get into. They were hard to get used to but now I can open them with one hand easy. What is more important, you getting in or your child not getting in?

Yes its tricky to open for parents but BABYPROOFS

I love this locks. If you have dual cabinets. You don't need to make wholes. To open is tricky. And here is the trick: push the key at the bottom to the left and drag it to left (with your right hand), then pull the left part with the left hand. It is fairly easy after we used for 5-8 times.

    impossible to open

After taking the locks out of the package, I was unable to open them. So, I returned them to the store for another set. This set was difficult to open, but at least it was possible...that is, until I put them on the cabinet doors. Once on the doors, I was unable to get them to open. I ended up having to crush them with a pliers to get them off my cabinet door handles. This is truly a defective design. It looks simple enough, but it doesn't work. Don't waste your time or money on this piece of garbage.

    DO NOT BUY!!!

These locks are INCREDIBLY hard to open. Neither my husband or I can get them open without struggling with them for at least 10 minutes. Apparently you need to have at least 3 hands to open them. They are a waste of money!

Terrible, most frustrating children's product ever

Do not buy! This was obviously not tested and it is the most difficult child lock someone could make, it's suppose to be child proof not parent proof. I bought latches 5years ago for our 1st child from wal mart, this is all they had for our 2nd child. Please replace w/ old product, if not broken do not fix!

    Mommy proof

Once you put this over the 2 cabinet knobs the button that needs to be pressed to release is inside covered by the knob and you are unable to press it to release ... It took me a while to jimmy it to release ... A rubberband worked better

    LIKE!

Wow. I am seriously shocked at the bad reviews on this one. I didn't read anything on the packaging and was able to figure this 'parent proof' lock out. You PUSH the 'tab' on the bottom, to the left WHILE pulling the left hook out to the left. Not that hard! These keep my 4 year old daughter out!

    Secure, but ...

These are very secure locks. The picture show how they work - there's nothing to install. But ... It takes a bit to get used to them. Others have said how hard they are to use. Yes, some getting used to but they are dependable and the hard-to-unlock works in their favor for the kiddies. Note: The installation looks "upside down" with the open ends pointing up. They actually work better that way.

    Good Idea. Poor Execution

The main issue with these locks is that they don't open wide enough to use on any of the cabinet doors we have. I tried in more than one room on different styles of hardware, and they just don't open wide enough to fit. They are a little hard to use, but i could get over that if they fit. They will only work if the hardware on your cabinets is very close together.

    Didn't test product

Frustrating product!! I could not remove from my cabinets, no matter what I tried. I became annoyed and couldn't believe I needed to call the company for help! Parent proof is right!! I have standard cabinet knobs (nothing unusual). Terrible design, even though I now know "how to open", it is still frustrating to use. Unfortunately this seems to be the "best" product out there, I guess I'm stuck with this, since I don't want to drill into my cabinets. On the bright side, if I can't get in, neither can my baby! Very disappointed with safety first products these days.
