Only Stuck For 3 Days!!!
I bought it to keep my one year old from eating everything she could get her hands on. Worked perfect all of maybe three days, then it fell off and would no longer stick. I would not recommend it! Now I have to buy a different type.WellVersed

- 5 out of 5 stars review5/7/2013I use this safety lock on my bottom freezer. Unfortunately when you shut my refrig door occasionally the freezer door opens but only 1/2 inch. Hard to notice until you actually need something from the freezer. My neighbor checked on my house when I was away, grabbed a can of soda and that was it. I came home a week later with my freezer completed iced up. Some food thawed, some still frozen. Had to dump it all. My refrig has a textured finish and the lock holds securely to the side. It's easy to open and self closes. I'm not sure it would stay closed if someone pulled on it, but for my problem it's perfect. And a heck of a lot cheaper than restocking the freezer.BUYEKK

- 4 out of 5 stars review7/9/2012It does what it needs to doI have used this product before on my previous fridge to keep my now 16 year old out of the fridge when he was younger. I now have a 3 year old and it's time to use this again on my new fridge. My 3 year old loves to turn the fridge off when I'm busy doing laundry. I found that if the fridge has smooth sides that it's when it works the best but if the side of the fridge is textured it won't stay for more than a month. It does the job it needs to do and that's what I ask for in a product.Sillymomoftwoboys
- 4 out of 5 stars review4/23/2014Cheaper than new fridge doorI bought this because the magnetic seal around my door has stopped working and it is $168 to replace. This little beauty has worked wonderfully. My only complaint is with the idiots that come and visit my kids. When the door does not open easily they yank on the door for all it is worth. At this point, the pieces have come unstuck from the fridge. I gorilla glued the long, stick-like piece to the side of the fridge and until recently this has worked great. I must have a new batch of stupid walking through my house. The gorilla glued side is fine, but now they are breaking the toggle piece, not unsticking it, actually breaking it. For my needs, the product is working fine. If I had a small child with some heft in his arms I might be disappoi...marla3206
